The arthouse in Guardia Sanframondi, Italy, is a fabulous historical property in the heart of the town’s medieval quarter – made famous by not just having been featured on House Hunters International twice, but by having been used in countless media nationally and internationally – as well as in photo-shoots, art residencies, exhibitions and installations, events, and as a B&B.

It has also been a powerful creative haven for myself and others, allowing me to develop my art, healing and spiritual work, alongside my low-income-millionaire lifestyle.

As my visionary work has developed, I’m called to evolve and share the dream life that I’ve established here – and in particular, to pass on the merit-gained: opening my arthouse with others who need its shelter, healing, nourishment, inspiration.

I’m currently launching a fundraiser to buy a very affordable property with land in Molise, from where I can offer more intimate residencies and workshops (and further develop my eco-spiritual work) – thus allowing me to keep the arthouse and use it as an open house for people most in need of creative respite (and least burdened by privilege). As a founding patron of this Sogno Intorno Un Sogno project, you get an extraordinary low price on my art, an Italian holiday (for yourself OR a friend) and a tree planted in your honour (with a beautiful named plaque).

The Arthouse and Guardia Sanframondi are ripe for further cultural and community development, and I would love to revive my role as protagonist, and expand on the magical happenings that’ve been unfolding here…
